Afonso has worked with Gonzalo for over 20 years as a co-worker and mid-management. Afonso is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the job site, starting with morning stretches, issuing assignments to maintain the production schedule, conducting weekly safety meetings, creating and documenting daily reports, monitoring real-time safety procedures during the workday, and reporting all discrepancies and/or progress.
